Indium‐mediated allylation of carbonyl compounds in deep eutectic solvents

نویسندگان

چکیده

This study describes, for the first time, in situ generation of indium organometallic reagents environmentally friendly deep eutectic solvents (DESs). The allylation process different carbonyl compounds is achieved mediated by metal and using cheap allyl chloride derivatives. unique DES properties allow to perform reaction at room temperature under air, obtaining yields ranging from 45% 99%. It possible recycle medium least four consecutive cycles without much decrease observed results. Also, a linear correlation between yield density DESs observed.

Functionalization of graphene using deep eutectic solvents

Deep eutectic solvents (DESs) have received attention in various applications because of their distinctive properties. In this work, DESs were used as functionalizing agents for graphene due to their potential to introduce new functional groups and cause other surface modifications. Eighteen different types of ammonium- and phosphonium-salt-based DESs were prepared and characterized by FTIR. Th...

Natural deep eutectic solvents: cytotoxic profile

The purpose of this study was to investigate the cytotoxic profiles of different ternary natural deep eutectic solvents (NADESs) containing water. For this purpose, five different NADESs were prepared using choline chloride as a salt, alongside five hydrogen bond donors (HBD) namely glucose, fructose, sucrose, glycerol, and malonic acid. Water was added as a tertiary component during the eutect...
